and the rockets red glare the bombs bursting in air more to follow later see the blood flow like a mountain stream let your love flow to all living things if it were not for greed, who would care what is going on in someone else's backyard?... sometimes I think religion was invented to justify taking something from someone else under the guise of giving them salvation... did you ever ask yourself, if hell really exists, who created it, anyway? if you are fat and get upset about being told you are unhealthy, you are not just fat, but you are in denial... but then, that is your backyard and I hope you don't mind if I turn away when you come into view... self-destruction is not a pretty picture... if you are god-seeking and get upset about being told someone is not accepting your blind faith, then you are not just god-seeking, you are living in fear of accepting freedom and the possibility that you might be wrong... any philosophy that leaves no room for the possibility that ir can be wrong is very dangerous... I could be wrong. J |
