more to follow later and another work week comes to a close and there's not enough to say about work to fill a worklife entry, but maybe next week as they plan on making big changes there... we can probably count on another demonstration of poor planning and inept management... in the life, I am focused on my oral cavity... mouth, that is... the past few days my gums have healed from the excavation, mostly... there may be a a couple of problem areas, but it'll take another few days to find out (a problem area would be an area where the plaque-monsters have established a strong enough foothold so the hygienist could not get all of them out and they are going to make it a battle royal for property rights around a tooth or two... amazingly, this goes on in every mouth all the time, but few of us pay much attention and that's why teeth get pulled {well, one big reason} and why so many people have gum disease and bad breath... so before I get any of my regular teeth in a state of needing major repair or pulling, I am following the instrctions to take the initiative and hopfully I'll win this war against the plaque-monsters in my mouth)... my teeth are still pretty sensitive, an initial side effect of the mouthwash (the kind you rinse with at the dentist office... it's only available by prescription cuz it can have side effects and shouldn't be used all the time... I think)... so I am eating only soft stuff... and exercising a bit less... but I'm not gonna fall off that horse, no way... J |
