Letters To Strangers

I used to write letters to strangers all the time, long before the internet...
eventually I'll create a garden for them, but even then some will
pop up here in the intros garden just because... and here's one now...
this one popped up as a letter to strangers for several friend groups online... since I was introducing myself, it seems like a reasonable latest intro too J

I am looking for round-the-clock friends because I work ridiculously long and somewhat odd hours and I seek conversation and playtime when most people are either working or asleep... I'm in Orlando (also looking for a new place to live and maybe a roommate near UCF to cut down on my current commute to work)...

I don't have time to sit online like I used to, so I don't visit the club webpages much anymore (just here to pop out this message today)... I read the messages in email when I can... but I'm a social child and get lonely when I have a moment to catch my breath, so today I decided to steal some time from sleep to write and send this semi-generic message to all the local groups I can find... if you decide to respond to me (thank you), please understand that it may take a while for me to respond online unless we exchange phone or email info... please CC me or write/call me directly and I'll get back to you as soon as possible...

I'm not looking for some miraculous instant relationship to save me from the bowels of loneliness or anything magical or even romantic (though I'd love to stumble upon someone magical or romantic along the way J

I'm hoping to find some real people willing to open up and share... one true friend (or true love) is enough, but until a perfect soulmate comes along, I'm hoping to find people willing to share the journey and become good friends because we share ideals and perspectives in this life...

I believe in the quest for truth and guide myself by the ideal of honesty without harm, or innocence... curiosity and a desire to share are my primary motivations... because of this I explore everything around me as much as possible intending no harm... I love to learn and grow and help others... I am intense, I am easy, I am serious, I am irreverent, I am not looking for a category... I love to play and have serious or silly fun and I love to please appreciative people (or plants or animals for that matter J

I love music and words and creativity and all sorts of stuff and experiencing life as much as possible (and reaching beyond the limits too)... more than anyone ever asks (or perhaps wants to know, alas) about me is scribbled on the web here and there... please start reading if you have the time (every ego loves an audience, especially writers J

more than anything I'm hoping to find someone (or some others, if I'm lucky) who cares enough to try to understand and really get to know me... that is the first thing I what I want to do for and with you... who are you really?... who am I really?... can we explore the answers together?...

I learn more about myself every day and do my best to enjoy my journey through this life sharing positive energy and pass through each moment with a smile... anyone want to take a walk with me? J
